Security on the Move’s Upcoming Photo Exhibition of Somali IDP Camps

Security on the Move: Everyday Security of IDPs in Rapidly Growing Somali Cities is now hosting an exhibition and panel discussion in London on 14 March 2019 at the Arch at the Africa Centre (66 Great Suffolk Street, London, SE1 0BL). The event showcases the work of 40 IDPs in Somalia who took photographs of their everyday lives in informal camps in Mogadishu and other urban areas. The pictures provide a compelling picture of the ongoing impact of conflict and displacement on Somalis.
