Stephen Marshall is Principal Investigator of the Incubators of Public Spaces project.
Stephen is Reader in Urban Morphology and Planning at the UCL Bartlett School of Planning. His research explores the interactions between urban design, transport networks, street layout, planning codes and other aspects of the built environment.
