Seth is Principal Investigator of the project A World of Rust Belts?: Deindustrialisation and its Impacts in Cities in the Global South.

Seth is Senior Lecturer in Urban Development and Transformation in the Global Development Institute, University of Manchester. His work examines large-scale urban and regional transformation initiatives that integrate cities into transnational urban systems.
