Roger Matthews is Principal Investigator of the project The Islington Crime Survey: Thirty Years On.

Roger is Professor of Criminology and Director of Studies for the MA in Criminology at the School of Social Policy, Sociology and Social Research, University of Kent. His research concentrates on a range of issues around crime and punishment, including crime prevention in urban communities.
