Andy Gouldson is Principal Investigator of the project Low-Carbon, Climate-Resilient Cities, based at the Centre for Climate Change Economics and Policy (CCCEP).
Andy is Professor of Environmental Policy at the University of Leeds. His work examines environmental governance, climate policy, low carbon development and urban resilience.
