Applications open for the CaCHE Policy Fellow Programme
The UK Centre Collaborative Centre for Housing Evidence (CaCHE) is now fielding applications for its Policy Fellows Programme. This is designed to provide senior and mid-career civil servants and policy/practice professionals an opportunity to explore areas of interest and to gain insight into the latest academic evidence. Facilitated by the CaCHE Knowledge Exchange team, Policy Fellows will attend a one-day visit to an institution from within the CaCHE consortium where they will have a series of one-to-one meetings with key academics.
This placement will help Policy Fellows to develop a better understanding of key issues, challenges and evidence-based solutions to tackling housing-related policy and practice issues. Following the meetings, Policy Fellows will have the opportunity to produce a CaCHE output, which can focus on a particular housing challenge that has been explored, or on the process of engaging with academia. CaCHE support will be offered to help frame and produce this.
More information on this exciting opportunity is available on the CaCHE website. The deadline for the first intake isĀ Friday 18 October.
