William Webster is Principal Investigator of the project Smart Governance of Sustainable Cities (SmartGov).
William is Personal Chair and Director of the Public Service Management MBA at the Stirling Management School, University of Stirling. His research examines the implications of information and communication technologies on public policy and governance.
