Call for papers: Creating diverse coalitions for equality in neoliberal times

The Centre for Urban Research on Austerity, linked to the ESRC-funded project Collaborative Governance Under Austerity: An Eight-Case Comparative Study, is hosting a forthcoming conference, ‘Creating diverse coalitions for equality in neoliberal times: Locating the emancipatory city‘. The event will take place on 4 July 2018 and is organised in association with the British Sociological Association.

The conference will examine different aspects of disability in cities, with a focus on inclusion, interdisciplinarity and impact. Applications from interested participants are currently open, with submissions to come by 30 May 2018. Full details can be found here.
